FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much time am I allocated with my booking?
Bookings are allocated for 2 hours. You may request an extension, but it depends on availability.
How do I modify a booking?
Bookings can be modified online up to 48 hours before. For changes within 48 hours, you need to call the venue.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations, no-shows, or reduced group sizes may incur a $25 per person fee.
Do you take reservations for just drinks?
Yes, you can book for either food or drinks.
Booking capacities (group size changes)
The venue is not responsible for accommodating changes in group size without prior notice.
How far in advance can I book?
Reservations are available up to 6 months in advance.
Are infants/children allowed?
No, minors are not permitted at any time, even with a guardian. ID may be required.
What credit cards do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted except Diners. A surcharge applies to card payments.
Sunday and Public Holiday Surcharge
A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays.

You can open a bar tab with a credit card and valid ID. The venue operates as a fully seated table service bar.
Dress code
Smart casual attire is required.
Where can I smoke cigars?
There is one smoking terrace and one non-smoking terrace. Cigars can be purchased or brought by guests.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible except for one small step in the Champagne Parlour.
Can I bring a birthday cake?
Yes, with a $5 per person service fee.
Do you serve non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, mocktails and non-alcoholic options are available.
Is your meat halal?
Suppliers are halal-certified, but the venue itself is not halal-certified.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, but you must give at least 48 hours’ notice. They cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
Can I BYO?
No, the venue is fully licensed and does not allow BYO.
Do you split bills?
Yes, bills can be split across up to 6 cards per table.
Can I bring decorations?
No external decorations are allowed unless you have hired a private space.
DJ / Live music / dancefloor for events
Only available for full venue hire. No dancefloor is available.
Photography and filming
Allowed only with approval. Fees may apply for shoots and content creation.

Available online, sent via email (PDF) within 48 hours. Valid for 3 years and cannot be used with promotions.
