Reservation periods at Nick and Nora’s are for 90 minutes for up to four guests, and 2 hours for guest of 5 or more. Should you wish to extend your stay please let our team know and our hosts will do their best to accommodate you based on availability.

Nick and Nora’s does not permit the entry of minors in the venue at any time, even when accompanied by an adult or guardian. Our friendly hosts may request ID of any persons upon entry to the venue.

 

All bookings can be modified via our reservations widget up to 48 hours before your booking time. If you would like to make a change to your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, please give us a call at  03 8393 9367 .

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For any no-shows, reductions in group numbers or late cancellations, you will be subject to a fee of $25 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

Yes, you are more than welcome to enjoy either food or drinks when you make a reservation with us.

We accept all major credit cards except Diners. A surcharge fee applies for all credit card and Speakeasy Group app payments. 

Please note that a 15% surcharge will apply on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We are not the fashion police, however please be aware we do require all of our guests to observe a “smart casual” dress code. If you have any questions regarding the dress code please give us a call.

Nick and Nora’s is a non smoking venue. Guests are invited to step out onto street level if they wish to smoke.

Nick and Nora’s has disabled access and facilities in all areas of the venue. Access is provided through a private lift so please do let us know in advance if required.

You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake, we have a $5.00 per person service fee.

We can absolutely accommodate non-alcohol drinking guests and offer a few of our signature cocktails in mocktail form. The talented bartenders make all their own syrups, shrubs, and cordials in-house, and we pride ourselves on all guests having the Nick & Nora’s experience whether it’s with alcohol or not.

Our suppliers are certified halal, however we are not a halal certified venue.

Nick & Nora’s Melbourne takes every possible precaution when catering to dietary requirements however cannot guarantee the absence of egg, nut, soy, milk, wheat, fish and shellfish from anything produced in our kitchen. Serious or threatening dietaries require a reservation and a minimum 48 hours notice prior to attending.

Nick and Nora’s is not a BYO venue, we have a fully licensed bar with an extensive and unique range of beverages.

We are able to split bills for up to 4 cards per table.

Please note that external items such as balloons, signage, confetti and party decorations are not permitted unless a private space has been hired.

Microphone usage & alternate music is only available if the venue is hired exclusively – when booking a section or private room within the venue these options are unfortunately not available. We also do not have space for a dance floor.

Nick & Nora’s is available for exclusive hire for filming, photography and media purposes. Should any content be created on behalf of the venue or for separate purpose the venue reserves the right to refuse final release and all sharing permissions. Small fees apply for hiring for shoots to cover cost of staff and facilitation.

While we understand that you may want to have work-related meetings at our venue, we request that you refrain from using a laptop at the table.

Whilst we make every effort to be as hospitable as possible, the venue is not responsible for accommodating guests prior to or after the agreed upon event or reservation timings nor are we solely responsible if your party cannot be fully accommodated should it significantly increase or decrease in size without prior notice.

Gift vouchers can be purchased via our website here. All vouchers are sent via PDF to the nominated email address and require 48 hours for processing. Please check your junk or spam folders for your purchased gift voucher if you have yet to receive it.We unfortunately don’t sell Masterclass specific Gift Vouchers however you can redeem our normal vouchers on this experience.

Please note gift vouchers are valid at the specific venue they have been purchased for and have a 3 year validity period.Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any special offers, promotions, or discounts. We ask that you present the voucher at time of your reservation or Masterclass booking.
